We are a small, family-owned business with a natural sensibility to care for others. From the initial phone call to hand-picking a caregiver that fits your specific needs and personality, we take the time to make sure your care plan is a great fit for you. Since our Scottsdale office is right off of Indian School, it makes it easy for us to make unplanned visits to client homes in Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and the Scottsdale areas.

This standard goes for our caregivers as well. Through the ClearCare app, you can view your care schedule and see what time the scheduled caregiver checked in as well as if certain tasks were completed.  We are here to serve you and your family, a job we take too seriously to ever be “off the clock.”

One of the biggest complaints with in-home care providers is that they schedule different caregivers daily. This can be unsettling and confusing for those receiving care. Both clients and families are more comfortable with familiar caregivers. As a result, we strive to provide a consistent schedule that everyone can count on.

Professional

We are focused on hiring people that are motivated, experienced, energetic, and passionate about delivering compassionate care. Because of this value, we have staff go through an extensive interview and training process to ensure they are professional and well-trained. Our caregivers are also required to complete 20 CEUs per year, so that they are prepared to deliver safe care.
