24 Hour Care Services: How to Ensure Needs Are Met

If you’re considering assisted care for a loved one, the specific type of care they need and the hours for which they need care may be a concern to you. At Compassionate Assistance, we are committed to serving you and your family when you need us most. That includes being available around the clock. Whether your care needs are a few hours a week or 24-hours a day, we are here to make sure that your needs are taken care of. We work with each family to customize a care plan, and whatever hours that entails, we will provide for.

HOURLY CARE:

We provide families with temporary relief from their roles as caregivers in whatever capacity works best for them.

Before we implement any care plans, it’s important for us to meet with you. This way we can better understand what you are looking for in a care plan. During a preliminary meeting, we will discuss the type of care needed, the time frame care is needed for, and how many hours a week a caregiver should be scheduled. If you need a caregiver for a few hours a week to provide day-to-day support like driving to the grocery store or help with meal prep, we will provide that. If you need a caregiver daily for companionship or respite care, we can provide that as well.

Our goal is to ease your load so that you can get the rest you need to recharge. This offers you the chance reduce stress, restore energy and keep your life in balance.

There is no maximum amount of hours that we provide for; however, we don’t schedule caregiver visits for less than 4 hours. We believe in developing strong relationships with our clients, and we know this is only done through quality time.

OVERNIGHT CARE:

We are never closed. Whether overnight care is needed for one night or for the foreseeable future, we are here to provide for that. Our caregivers are carefully trained for all types of care. This includes respite care, live-in care, hospital-to-home care, post-rehab care, Alzheimer’s care, Dementia care, Parkinson’s care, cancer care, after childbirth care and post-plastic surgery care.

Our caregivers are also CPR and First Aid certified and have a minimum of 3 years of experience. They also go through training on chronic disease management and warning signs. You can rest assured that Compassionate Assistance will provide for your loved one during hours that you are unavailable, even if this means during the middle of the night.

24-HOUR CARE:

As stated above, we are here to serve you and your family, a job we take too seriously to ever be off the clock. We provide 24-hour awake or 24-hour live-in care depending on your needs. Awake care means just that. Caregivers rotate every 12 hours to ensure you are provided the best care by energized and awake staff members. During live-in care, caregivers rotate every 2.5 days, and sleep at the residence. We make sure that our caregivers arrive on time, each and every time. We stay on top of this with our GPS clock-in feature on our mobile app tailored to our industry. Through the ClearCare app, you can also view your care schedule, daily care logs, and see what time the scheduled caregiver checked in.

You can have complete peace of mind knowing that your loved one is being taken care of by a trained and compassionate caregiver.

We are dedicated to making sure that all of your care needs are taken care of. Our local team of Client Care Managers are on call 24/7 to answer your questions. We will work with you to design a customized plan of care that is right for you!
